Job summary

Servis Group is looking for an Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer in Pakistan to diagnose faults and maintain control systems, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA. The role also involves calibrating field instruments and supervising technicians.

You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance, keep records, and ensure compliance with safety standards while driving process improvements. 3-5 years of relevant experience and a DAE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation maintenance.
• Strong understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and instrumentation systems.
• Experience in supervising technicians and providing training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and instrumentation systems.
• Maintain process control panels, VFDs, and field instruments.
• Calibrate pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments.
• Supervise instrumentation technicians and provide training.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and process improvements.
