Job summary
Nextreme Techno Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking an Analyzer Engineer to oversee gas analyzers and related instrumentation on-site in Pakistan. The role focuses on installation, calibration, maintenance, and data integrity to support plant operations.
The candidate should have 4–5 years of experience with gas analyzers, GC's, NGCs, PGCs, and be proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office. You'll collaborate with operations, maintain safety standards, and train junior staff.
Qualifications
- Design, install, and commission gas sampling systems and analyzers.
- Troubleshoot and maintain gas chromatographs and related equipment.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for gas analyzers.
- Calibrate and validate analytical instruments periodically.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable gas measurement.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee selection, installation, calibration and maintenance of analyzers.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for compliance.
- Support project planning, commissioning activities and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues and clients.
- Train junior technicians and engineers on gas analyzer systems.
