Job summary

Perception Point is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our SecOps team in Pakistan. You will support the sales organization by addressing technical questions, shaping solutions, and conducting pre-sales activities across monitoring, detection, and reporting security threats.

You will lead technical aspects of deals with Fortinet platforms and related security technologies, work with customers and partners, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Encryption and authentication knowledge essential.
• Experience in network security, intrusion detection, and related technologies.
• Pre-sales engineer experience or similar role.
• Ability to communicate technically to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security protocols and standards (RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES).

Responsibilities

• Lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle using Fortinet platforms in collaboration with customers and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and build solutions that outpace competitors.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and partners.
• Continuously update knowledge of Fortinet products and the competitive landscape.
• Position Fortinet solutions remotely or in person with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in the CRM (Salesforce).
