Marketing Mavens seeks a Paid Media Specialist to join a UK-based growth marketing agency. You will develop, implement, track and manage a portfolio of clients across finance, marketing, tech and ecommerce sectors.

The role demands strong English communication, PPC optimization skills, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights with weekly/monthly performance reports. Base salary is provided with benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of work experience, preferably as a PPC executive/associate or Media Buyer.
• Excellent quantitative analytical skills and ability to draw insights from raw data.
• Proficiency with Google Ads (Search 360, DV360, YouTube, Shopping, etc) and Google Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of GA4/Universal Analytics and ability to create reports and conversion events.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Trello, Monday, Canva or similar tools.
• Bonus: Amazon Ads experience.

Mansioni

• Plan, create and manage PPC campaigns across channels.
• Conduct keyword research and manage bids, including negative keywords.
• Optimize bids by keyword, placement, device, geography, and demographics.
• Perform daily account management and monitor spend, Quality Score, and metrics.
• Design and implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Write concise, engaging ad copy to improve CTR and landing page conversion.
• Monitor and present campaign performance through weekly and monthly reports.
• Create automated workflows in Google Analytics with Campaign Monitor integration.
• Stay updated on search engine and PPC trends.
• Create conversion tracking tags with Google Tag Manager and import to GA4 and other channels.
