Job summary

DataGraders in Lahore seeks an experienced Power BI Developer to join the Data & Analytics team. You will handle the complete Power BI lifecycle—from connecting to source systems and extracting data to modeling, dashboard development, deployment, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience fetching and integrating data directly from source systems is mandatory. You will design and optimize dashboards, build robust data models, and ensure secure data access with RLS while collaborating with

Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
Hands-on experience connecting directly to source systems and fetching data is mandatory.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently query databases.
Experience integrating data from databases, APIs, ERP/business apps, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Connect Power BI directly with source systems, databases, APIs, ERP applications, and other enterprise systems.
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
Perform data transformation using Power Query / M and build scalable data models.
Configure Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage deployments in Power BI Service to maintain data governance.
