Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check and process laboratory tests prescribed by doctors.
• Explain tests and procedures to patients to ensure proper specimen collection.
• Hand over laboratory reports after verifying details.
• Handle cash/transactions and maintain daily cash records per policy.
• Confirm test requirements with patients and provide instructions for specimen collection.
• Respond to inquiries about tests and schedule appointments for special tests.
• Serve as Phlebotomist at collection points when required.
