Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience, including one year as a Phlebotomist

• Adequate knowledge of laboratory tests and procedures
• Flexibility to perform shift duties

Responsibilities

• Check and process laboratory tests prescribed by doctors
• Brief patients about tests and procedures to ensure proper specimen collection
• Hand over reports to concerned individuals after verifying details
• Handle cash and credit transactions and maintain cash records per policy
• Confirm test requirements with patients and provide necessary instructions
• Handle phone and in-person inquiries regarding tests and schedule appointments
• Serve as Phlebotomist at collection points when required
