Job summary

FlowHCM in Karachi is seeking a Pharmacy Technician with at least one year of retail pharmacy experience. You will prepare and package medications under pharmacist supervision, retrieve prescribed medicines, and ensure accurate labeling and dispensing.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing dispensing counters, rotating stock per FEFO guidelines, and maintaining dispensing logs per hospital protocols. You will report discrepancies to the supervisor as part of a precise quality workflow.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Retail Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package medications as directed by pharmacists and senior technical staff
• Retrieve and stage prescribed medicines from stock shelves for dispensing
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging of all dispensed medications
• Assist in receiving and sorting new pharmaceutical stock deliveries
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of dispensing counters and storage areas
• Monitor stock levels on assigned shelves and inform the Senior Technician of low stock
• Perform routine stock rotation following FEFO First Expiry First Out guidelines
• Assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain accurate dispensing logs and documentation as per hospital protocols
• Report any dispensing errors, discrepancies, or unusual occurrences to the Incharge, Supervisor or Coordinator
