Qualifikationen

• Requires strong CRM experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical products.
• Two years of experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical sector preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and build relationships with clients including government hospitals.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Present and promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Use CRM to track interactions, manage pipelines, and identify new opportunities.
• Forecast sales and manage territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Plan territory activities, schedule visits, demos, and negotiations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Participate in product trainings and promotions to stay informed on industry developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Travel regularly within the territory to engage customers and support launches.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Understand government hospital procurement processes and maintain relationships to facilitate sales.
• Work independently with self-motivation to achieve goals.
