Job summary

Khanewal is seeking a Sr. Pharma Associate (Antibiotics) in Pakistan to drive product promotion to doctors across the assigned territory. The role requires strong selling skills, hospital experience preferred, and the ability to meet sales targets.

You will build relationships with KOLs, implement marketing strategies and travel extensively to seminars and conferences to support product uptake.

Qualifications

• Preferably Science graduates with B.Sc (Pre-Medical) or B.Pharmacy.
• Fresh graduates with Bachelor’s in Pre-Medical or Pharm-D may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Effective product promotion and selling to doctors.
• Achievement of assigned sales targets within the defined territory/time frame.
• Implementation of marketing strategies and achievement of ROI.
• Strong relationship-building skills with KOLs.
• Good product/disease knowledge and selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and creative skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Urdu and English.
• Ability to develop Opinion Leaders as advocates/speakers for the company.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including seminars, symposia, round-table meetings, etc.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
