Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or e-commerce.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and e-commerce advertising.
• Ability to translate advertising spend into measurable sales and campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand's digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest presence.
• Plan, execute and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting and conversion campaigns.
• Conceptualise and lead creative campaigns for bridal, festive, seasonal and promotional launches.
• Develop campaign themes, content strategies, advertising copy and creative briefs.
• Oversee graphic design, photography, video content and campaign execution.
• Plan monthly content calendars and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor advertising performance, ROAS, conversions and sales; identify and implement optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and content creators.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Provide regular campaign performance reports, insights and recommendations.
