Seller Prism in Pakistan is seeking a People & Talent Lead to design onboarding, manage performance reviews, drive retention, and support a remote team for our US-based operation.

You report to the CEO and will own handbooks, policies, and salary benchmarking while building growth paths for core roles and ensuring timely feedback on a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR/people ops with onboarding and performance reviews end-to-end.
• Experience supporting a remote Pakistani team that works for an American company.
• Ability to coordinate with senior leaders, including the founder, on deadlines.
• Strong written English and comfort with collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding: implement a written 30/60/90-day plan with buddying and regular check-ins.
• Performance reviews: own the calendar, prepare reviews, chase overdue items to completion.
• Motivation: run monthly pulse surveys, 1:1 cadence for all, simple recognition.
• Retention: spot flight risk early, conduct stay/exit interviews, keep salary benchmarks up to date.
• Growth: map career paths for core roles, set learning budgets, schedule manager coaching.
• Some recruiting: draft job descriptions, screening questions, first-round screens and offers.
• People ops basics: handbook, policies, records and clean offboarding.

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company that builds and runs a portfolio of consumer brands on Amazon and TikTok Shop, with a remote team in Pakistan. We are hiring a People & Talent Lead to make sure our people start well, stay, grow and get honest feedback on a fixed schedule. You report directly to the CEO, and part of the job is holding leadership, the CEO included, to the people commitments we make.

What you will own

• Onboarding: a written 30/60/90-day plan, a buddy and day 7, 30 and 90 check-ins for every new hire.
• Performance reviews: own the review calendar, prepare every review and chase every overdue one to 100% completion.
• Motivation: monthly pulse survey, a 1:1 cadence for everyone, simple recognition.
• Retention: spot flight risk early, run stay and exit interviews, keep salary benchmarks current.
• Growth: career paths for core roles, a learning budget and training calendar, coaching for new managers.
• Some recruiting: job descriptions, screening questions, first-round screens and offer letters with our recruiting partner.
• People ops basics: handbook, policies, records and clean offboarding.

What you bring

• 4+ years in HR, people operations or talent development, with at least 2 years owning onboarding and performance reviews end to end.
• A review cycle you ran to 100% completion, and the numbers before and after.
• Experience supporting a remote Pakistani team that works for an American company.
• The confidence to chase senior leaders, including the founder, on deadlines they own.
• Strong written English and comfort with Google Workspace, ClickUp or Asana, and AI tools.
• Preferred: a degree in HR, organizational psychology or business from LUMS, IBA, CBM or a similar institution.

Terms

remote, full-time, Pakistan only. PKR 150,000 to 220,000 a month.
