• Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, and recognition programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and cultural events.
• Organize monthly birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, festive events, and recognition programs.
• Design and implement employee wellbeing initiatives focusing on physical, mental, and social wellness.
• Coordinate gaming activities, competitions, team-building events, and recreational programs to strengthen collaboration.
• Lead and host engaging onboarding and welcome sessions for new hires.
