Job summary

Mondelēz International Pakistan seeks a People Experience Advisor to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, onboarding, data management, and employee relations in a fixed-term role.

The role focuses on operational excellence across HR processes, SOP development, compliance with data protection, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a Shared Services setting. 2–4 years of HR operations experience and Workday know-how are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations / employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Stakeholder management and strong communication.

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle across onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage employee data and HR processes to ensure compliance.
• Handle employee relations and HR touchpoints with stakeholders.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
