Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Process Excellence/CI professional for our Hub, Baluchistan plant. You will support continuous improvement processes, train teams on CI tools, and help implement the daily management system (DMS).

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of CI-related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering, and strong data analytics skills to drive KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• CI and high-performance work systems experience.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process.
• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.

Responsibilities
