Job summary

Experts Group International is seeking a Head of Finance / CFO for a well-established automotive manufacturing company in Southern Germany. The successful candidate will lead finance transformation and provide full P&L ownership. Fluency in German and English is essential.

Must have a degree in Finance or a related field, with proven experience in private equity environments and outstanding leadership skills across Finance, HR, and IT.

Qualifications

• Strong background in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven track record in a Private Equity-backed environment.
• Experience in a full-spectrum leadership role covering Finance, HR, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the finance organization.
• Full P&L ownership including budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive financial transparency and performance management.
• Oversee HR and IT as part of the administrative structure.
• Support M&A processes in collaboration with the PE sponsor.
