Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited Ireland is seeking a Payment Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end payment processes, ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen controls across pay‑in and pay‑out channels. You will manage provider relationships, analyze performance data and collaborate with IT to optimise routing and resilience.

The role sits in Operations and reports to the COO. Location is Lahore, Pakistan, with onsite working hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in payment operations, payments or reconciliation roles within banking, fintech, PSP or remittance.
• Strong understanding of payment operations in a money transfer, fintech, PSP or financial services environment.
• Experience managing external payment partners and their operational performance.
• Good understanding of regulatory, PCI and operational resilience expectations, including CBI guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payment processes across pay‑in channels (cards, bank transfers, APMs) and pay‑out partner settlements.
• Maintain strong operational controls across all payment flows and identify risks with mitigations.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high‑risk payment operations issues.
• Analyze transaction trends, provider performance and corridor data to identify root causes and actions.
• Build dashboards tracking payment success rates, exceptions and provider performance by corridor.
• Collaborate with IT and Product to optimize payment routing, provider integrations and workflows.
• Manage provider relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
