Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Patient Service Representative, based in Karachi. The primary responsibilities include managing and responding to patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, assisting with appointment specializes in delivering strategic outsourcing solutions high customer satisfaction levels. The Patient Service Representative will also contribute to company standards and protocols.

(This role is focused on administrative and communication support. Candidates with clinical qualifications such as medical doctors are overqualified for this position, therefore we kindly request that they do not apply.)

Salary: Starting from PKR 55,000 (depending on experience)
