Job summary

Zameen.com in Lahore is seeking a results-oriented business development leader to drive partnerships and expand the company’s network of partners. You will guide a team, assign PU targets to managers, and monitor KPIs to ensure revenue growth and geographic coverage.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of BD or real estate experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of executing growth strategies. You will report to the Director and work across locations to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years' prior industry related business development experience or real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and expand company.
• Assign PU targets to managers in consultation of Director.
• Achieve assigned PU target, revenue target and team targets.
• Check attendance and locations of team on daily basis.
• Ensure team reach assigned location on time.
• Make surprise visits to locations for proper check and balance.
• Ensure Revenue target of his or her team.
• Check KPIs of his team on daily basis.
• Ensure all soft KPIs (Talking time, meeting) of his team are being met.
