Job summary

Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) Advancement Office seeks a Partnership Specialist to grow institutional fundraising and strategic partnerships in the North region. You will identify opportunities, cultivate donors and partners, and translate connections into sustainable funding streams.

You will collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, build a strong donor pipeline, and maintain accurate funding data using Raiser's Edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or relationship management experience.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Boards, HNIs).
• Experience in banking, consulting, development, education, or corporate environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with corporations, foundations, institutions, and prospective donors across the North region.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities by understanding donor interests and CSR priorities.
• Represent the institution at networking opportunities to develop new partnerships.
• Develop compelling funding proposals and partnership opportunities with internal teams.
• Use fundraising data and trends to identify opportunities, support forecasting, and strengthen the fundraising pipeline.
• Maintain and manage donor and funding information through Raiser's Edge.
• Collaborate with academic departments to gather information for donor engagement and reporting.
• Develop presentations, reports, and materials communicating priorities, impact, and opportunities.

The Advancement Office is seeking a Partnership Specialist to join its Development team and support the growth of institutional fundraising and strategic partnerships across the North region. The role will focus on identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective donors and partners, and building a strong pipeline of funding opportunities. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand institutional priorities, align them with the interests of prospective partners, and translate these connections into sustainable funding and partnership opportunities.

The position will be based in Lahore and will support fundraising and partnership development across the North region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with corporations, foundations, institutions, and prospective donors across the North region.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities by understanding donor interests, CSR priorities, and areas of alignment with institutional needs.
• Represent the institution at relevant networking and relationship-building opportunities to develop new partnerships.

Qualifications

Experience

• At least 03 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or relationship management.
• Demonstrated experience in engaging with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Boards, HNIs).
• Experience in sectors such as banking, consulting, development, education, or corporate environments is preferred.
