Qualifications

• Proven experience in computer support or a related field preferred but not required.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Windows and MacOS and software like Microsoft Office/Adobe Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a biometric passport for identification purposes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries regarding computer hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers and other hardware devices.
• Provide remote or on-site support for clients as needed.
• Document all technical issues and resolutions in our system.
• Advise clients on proper use of technology and recommend solutions for improvement.
