Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions.
• Install and configure new computer systems according to client needs.
• Maintain and upgrade existing computer systems as needed.
• Set up and maintain network connections for clients.
• Train users on how to properly use computer systems and software.
• Keep track of inventory for hardware and software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or vendors when necessary.
