Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Own visa or work permit in Pakistan.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget and timeline
• Develop architectural designs that meet client needs and comply with building codes
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
• Oversee construction process from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to plans
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and techniques
