Qualifications

• Must be a current student or recent graduate with a degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in computer support or IT helpdesk role.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with biometric passport systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different situations.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Install new systems and perform maintenance tasks such as updates and backups.
• Troubleshoot biometric passport systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Keep track of customer inquiries and resolutions using our ticketing system.
