Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Familiarity with carpentry techniques and tools.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings.
• Cut and shape materials to formwork specifications using hand or power tools.
• Assemble and erect formwork structures according to engineering plans.
• Align and brace assembled formwork structures, making sure they are plumb, level, and square.
• Install reinforcements into formwork structures as required.
• Pour concrete into formwork structures and smooth the surface using various tools.
• Remove formwork after concrete has cured and clean and store it properly.
