Job summary

Executive Connect Qatar is hiring a Formworker for a part-time role in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The successful candidate will construct and set up wood or metal forms for concrete placement and work with scaffolding and tools on site.

The position requires experience with formwork, attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Accommodation is available for non-local workers and hours are flexible.

Qualifications

• Experience as formworker or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings.
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor.
• Familiarity with formwork systems (timber/steel).
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete placement.
• Set up scaffolding or other support structures as needed.
• Place reinforcing steel rods or mesh in forms before concrete is poured.
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools.
• Finish surfaces using hand or power tools.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in the formwork process.
