Job summary

Event Staffing in Faisalabad, Pakistan, is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our construction team. You will create temporary molds and assist in concrete placement, ensuring structural integrity and safety on site.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting materials, assembling forms, installing rebar or wire mesh, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining quality under various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry techniques, concrete mixing and pouring methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination.
