Job summary

Workato in Lahore is seeking a part-time formworker to construct temporary molds and formwork for concrete projects. You'll read blueprints, select materials and assemble forms using hand tools, supporting the construction team.

The role requires experience in formwork or similar construction work, knowledge of formwork systems, and the ability to read blueprints. Flexible weekend/evening hours are common to meet deadlines; accommodation and visa support are provided for non-locals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a formworker or in a similar construction role
• Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required

Responsibilities

• Construct temporary molds and structures according to blueprints
• Select appropriate materials for formwork based on project requirements
• Install and secure forms using hand tools
• Pour concrete into forms and ensure proper placement
• Strip forms after concrete has set and clean them for reuse
• Inspect completed formwork for quality assurance
• Follow safety protocols at all times
