Responsibilities

• Own the overall P&L performance of the Pakistan business.
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention across all locations.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Review business performance regularly and implement corrective actions where required.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all Pakistan locations.
• Lead Joint Venture (JV) expansion & strategic partnerships to grow the footprint.
