• Own the Pakistan P&L and overall business performance.
• Drive occupancy, revenue growth, profitability and customer retention.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet targets.
• Lead Sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Oversee daily operations across all locations.
• Ensure service delivery standards and cost efficiency.
• Foster high-performing teams and leadership development.
• Identify JV opportunities and manage expansion initiatives.
