Job summary

Think Realty in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a confident outbound telesales agent to join our growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and booking viewings and consultations for our property consultants.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, full training on the Dubai property market, and warm leads provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound telesales experience, real estate a plus but not required.
• Confident, resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Clear, persuasive communication and good listening skills.
• Comfortable using a CRM and working toward daily targets.

Responsibilities
