HOF Global Inc. in Lahore is seeking an Outbound Sales Lead for HofPack, our premium custom packaging brand serving USA-based clients across eCommerce, retail, beauty, and food.

This full-time, on-site role follows a US-aligned schedule: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Saturday. You will lead outbound sales outreach, own conversations from first contact through qualification, plan daily activity, and position HofPack solutions to match client needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound sales, telesales, or B2B business development experience.
• Ability to lead, plan, and coordinate sales activities within a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound sales outreach — calls, emails, and structured follow-ups to prospective B2B clients.
• Own client conversations from first contact through qualification and handoff to closing teams.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly sales activity within the HofPack packaging domain.
• Introduce and position HofPack's custom packaging solutions against client needs and use cases.
• Handle objections professionally and build lasting rapport with decision-makers and buyers.
• Support junior sales team members with call coaching, scripts, and best-practice feedback.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and report on outreach metrics, conversions, and blockers.
• Stay current on packaging products, materials, pricing structures, and market trends.
