Job summary

Daraz in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead outbound processes across shifts. You will plan resources, monitor productivity and quality to meet SLAs while staying within budget, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and 2+ years in end-to-end fulfilment operations within a multinational setting, with proficiency in WMS and Advanced Excel. Candidates will guide team development and cost-saving efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business discipline or related field.
• Relevant experience in end-to-end fulfilment operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan resources and assets to cope with growth across all shifts.
• Be responsible for daily operations performance (Productivity, quality) to reach SLA within budget.
• Develop a thorough, effective and timely continuous improvement plan to meet productivity targets.
• Develop team mindset and skills to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for team development, recruit talents, adapt structure, coach and train.
• Drive forward cost and efficiency saving projects.
• Scope of this role is limited to Outbound function only.
