MULTIINSIGHT - DTC CRO & Growth Agency is seeking a Linkedin & Email Outreach Specialist in Islamabad to own the full outbound function. You will build targeted lists, run multichannel campaigns across email and LinkedIn, and secure qualified meetings with brand owners in the US and UK.

The role requires hands-on execution with tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and email warm-up infrastructure. You will manage outreach sequences, protect deliverability, and continuously optimize campaigns

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on outbound lead generation and business development experience.

Responsibilities

Own outbound lead generation end to end, from ICP research to booked discovery calls.
Build targeted lead lists of US and UK brand founders and decision makers.
Run LinkedIn outreach at volume with Sales Navigator filters, connection requests, and InMails.
Set up and protect cold email infrastructure including SPF/DKIM/DMARC and deliverability monitoring.
Write, launch, and A/B test cold email sequences across multiple tools.
Personalize outreach using prospect research to ensure relevance.
Qualify inbound replies and book audits for the founder.
Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene with timely follow-ups.
Report weekly on outreach metrics and pipeline created.
Implement AI tools to multiply output and test new channels.
