Job summary

Cordatus Resource Group in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced outbound automation specialist to design, build, and optimize multichannel campaigns for diverse clients.

You will work hands-on with Clay, La Growth Machine, and n8n to create high-conversion workflows, write outreach copy, and manage client accounts end-to-end. This role blends consulting with engineering to deliver pipelines and scalable templates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building outbound automation with advanced Clay features.
• Hands-on multichannel outbound experience in LGM or similar tools.
• Experience building multi-step workflows with n8n and API calls.
• Working knowledge of cold email deliverability and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with clients to understand ICP, offers, and sales motion.
• Propose outbound strategies and explain business impact.
• Build enrichment, scoring, and personalization workflows in Clay.
• Create and manage multichannel sequences in LGM (email/LinkedIn).
• Connect stacks in n8n and Make/Zapier with CRMs via APIs.
• Own deliverability: domain setup, warmup, and monitoring.
• Track results and iterate quickly.
• Turn builds into reusable templates and templates for faster launches.
• Manage 3-5 client accounts with clear timelines.
