Role Description

The Automation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahawalpur. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows that improve operational efficiency across internal processes and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, configuring and optimizing automation tools, creating and executing test cases, and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability. The Automation Specialist will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients to troubleshoot issues, refine automation logic, and ensure quality assurance standards are consistently met. The role also involves documenting automation procedures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting the rollout of new automated solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation for designing and optimizing workflows.
• Experience with Troubleshooting complex automation issues and resolving system errors.
• Ability to design, execute, and maintain Test Cases aligned with project requirements.
• Background in Quality Assurance, including validation of automation outputs and performance.
• Familiarity with common automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, UiPath or similar).
• Solid understanding of software development or scripting concepts (e.g., Python or other relevant languages) is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bahawalpur and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
