Job summary

Sailun Group in Pakistan is seeking a result-oriented Sales professional for the Pakistan market, focusing on OTR tires. You will drive sales and after-sales service, and collaborate with Service and Technical teams to improve product performance.

The role requires willingness to travel frequently, strong communication and negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the local tire market to leverage distributor or fleet resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business.
• More than 3 years sales experience in OTR tires business.
• Travel: Willing to travel frequently for business; accept business trips and working on mine sites.
• Strong preference for candidates who are familiar with the Pakistan’s local tire market and possess local distributor or fleet resources.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.

• Collect market intelligence and make market development plan and competition plan based on it.
