Job summary

HR Business Solutions seeks a Senior Operations Manager - Digital Lending with deep Oracle EBS ERP experience to own operations, lead development work, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will guide teams across Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain and WIP, and drive API integrations, reporting, and period-end processes.

Responsibilities include designing scalable ERP solutions, enforcing standards, delivering training, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 4–5 full cycle application development projects completed.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain and WIP.
• Development of APIs and interfaces; reports and period-end reconciliations.
• Guiding development teams on Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, Power BI, OBIEE or similar tools.
• Documentation of business processes and standards; SOPs and templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows and Alerts in Oracle; customize as needed.
• Create training materials; conduct user training and collect feedback.
• Implement ERP modules and monitor performance.

Senior Operations Manager - Digital Lending

Oracle EBS techno functional professional who can own ERP operations, lead development work and turn business needs into solid technical solutions.

• Lead ERP implementations, from analyzing business process requirements to writing technical and functional specifications
• Keep operations and process tracking running smoothly across Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain and WIP
• Build and integrate APIs and interfaces with custom solutions, create reports and handle period-end reconciliations
• Guide development teams working on Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, Power BI, OBIEE or similar tools
• Manage multiple development projects at the same time
• Design and re-engineer business processes using flowcharts, DFDs, ER diagrams and prototypes
• Set and enforce SOPs, templates and documentation standards for design, development and testing
• Deliver robust, bug-free and scalable application designs
• Provide first and second line support for custom ERP applications
• Develop and customize Oracle Workflows and Alerts as per business needs
• Create training material, run user training sessions and collect feedback
• Implement ERP modules and monitor how well they perform

Technical Skills

• At least 4 to 5 full cycle application development projects completed
• Application development in Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports (10g/11g/12c), Oracle Database (19c+), SQL, PL/SQL and Toad
• EBS forms personalization, customization and Oracle Workflow development
• Development experience with OAF, ODF, OBIEE and Oracle BI Publisher
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Applications R12 technical architecture, including Financials, Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing, with customization of forms and reports using APIs and interfaces
• Ability to document user and business process requirements using MS Visio and ERwin
