The candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field and demonstrates the ability to write efficient and scalable code while ensuring data accuracy and security.Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze system needs, and implement solutions that optimize existing database performance. The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in upgrading Oracle Forms and Reports to improve user experience and operational efficiency, as well as maintaining comprehensive documentation related to development processes and system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database objects including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers using PL/SQL.
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Analyze and model data structures to support efficient data storage and retrieval in alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and enhance Oracle Forms and Reports applications to facilitate seamless data transaction and reporting.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure application quality, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to databases and Oracle applications promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of development activities, technical designs, and standard operating procedures.
