HRBS Global is seeking an Oracle EBS techno-functional professional to own ERP operations and lead development work. You will turn business needs into solid technical solutions and guide teams across Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, and BI tools.

The role involves managing multiple projects, designing re-engineered business processes, and delivering robust, scalable ERP designs while providing training and support to users.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading ERP implementations.
• Strong Oracle EBS and BI reporting skills.
• Ability to document requirements and design specs clearly.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations from requirements to specs.
• Oversee operations across Oracle EBS Financials, SCM and WIP.
• Build APIs/interfaces and develop reports, reconcile periods.
• Guide development teams using APEX, Forms, Reports, OBIEE.
• Manage multiple development projects concurrently.
• Model processes using flowcharts and ER diagrams.
