Job summary

Elsewedy Electric Pakistan seeks an Oracle Application Specialist to provide functional support for Oracle ERP across Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing. You will resolve user issues, support enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on ERP experience, strong Oracle EBS knowledge, and solid documentation skills. A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience supporting Oracle ERP.
• Experience in Oracle Financials, SCM, or Manufacturing modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing, with a focus on WIP and production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP issues reported by end users.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate with Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure smooth system functionality.
• Support Oracle ERP implementation, testing, upgrades, and patch deployments.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist users during testing and go-live activities.
• Provide end-user training and functional support on Oracle ERP processes.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
