Job summary

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) in Pakistan seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Financials & P2P Functional Consultant to provide functional support across Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and P2P modules. The role involves troubleshooting, RCA, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve incidents within SLA timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle EBS knowledge, hands-on production support experience, and excellent communication skills to work with business users and AMS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business/Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of Oracle EBS R12 experience with Financials, Purchasing, Inventory and P2P.
• Experience in Oracle EBS production support / AMS environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical abilities.
• Oracle EBS Financials/SCM certification will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, and P2P modules.
• Provide production/application support and resolve functional and transaction‑related issues.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Troubleshoot requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, AP invoices, payments, and accounting.
• Analyze Oracle EBS accounting flows and transaction accounting.
• Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management modules.
• Configure and maintain Oracle EBS setups per business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams; prepare functional specs.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and assist UAT.
