Fresh DAE graduates may be considered for trainee or junior operator roles. The role requires strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations, with on-the-job training provided to develop skilled operators.

• Start up and shut down machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure continuous and smooth operation of assigned machines/production lines.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting tasks under supervision.
• Keep logs of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance or engineering teams.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations strictly.
• Assist in installation, calibration, and testing of machinery as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Participate in regular training and skill-upgrading sessions.
