Job summary

HRSI is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure quality in the production area and support mass production processes in a manufacturing environment. The role involves reporting defects, supporting technical teams, and maintaining accurate shift records while promoting cost-reduction measures.

Responsibilities include 5S maintenance, safety training, adherence to SOPs, and addressing process violations promptly. The candidate should be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Resolve personnel-related issues in the production area to ensure smooth mass production
• Promptly report defects and defect rates; seek technical support for abnormalities
• Complete and submit shift records; ensure documentation is timely, neat, and accurate; conduct thorough shift handovers
• Assist engineers in optimizing auxiliary material usage and promoting cost-reduction initiatives
• Maintain daily 5S in the production area
• Conduct team-level safety and 5S training for employees
• Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operating procedures; no unauthorized operations
• Strictly follow factory rules and regulations; complete other tasks assigned by superiors
• Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility; promptly correct process violations and guide proper operations
• Other duties assigned by supervisors
