Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified accounting/finance professional with post-membership experience (4+ years).
• ACCA or MBA in Accounting & Finance from an HEC-recognized university with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• CIMA or CIA certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives including mapping of current processes and design of new processes.
• Document policies and ensure alignment with HoDs and stakeholders.
• Automate ERM processes through ERM software and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads to map processes and present policies for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and related governance standards.
