• Make medicine entries and maintain related records.
• Assist in daily OPD activities.
• Arrange and manage patient waiting line/queue.
• Maintain patient folders and arrange in ascending order.
• Maintain and update staff and patient records.
• Provide backup support for other OPD duties during workload or staff shortages.
