Job summary

Talensol in Rawalpindi is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, drive sales on FE and MVA campaigns, and meet daily targets. This full-time onsite role requires confident English communication and a customer-focused approach.

The position offers a night shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a base salary of PKR 30,000 per month plus performance-based commission, and opportunities for career growth in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of call centre experience.
• Strong spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Onsite in Rawalpindi during the night shift.
• Experience with FE and MVA campaigns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Engage with potential customers to understand requirements and present products or services.
• Work on FE and MVA campaigns where applicable.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records in relevant systems.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Follow campaign guidelines, company procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to achieve business objectives.
