Job summary

Motive is hiring an Implementation Consultant, Mid Market to onboard larger customers and ensure rapid value realization of Motive’s platform. You will guide initial hardware/software setup, train customers, and monitor adoption while coordinating with Support, Engineering and Sales to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales or support).
• Salesforce proficiency and ability to use data to inform engagement plans.
• Understanding of what success looks like for customers and Motive.
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with documentation, data analysis and reporting; SQL a plus.
• Fintech and spend management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during implementation, focused on larger customers.
• Guide customers through hardware/software setup and system training for onboarding.
• Monitor progress to ensure adoption and timely activation.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, sales, product management, and financial products teams to resolve issues.
• Handle a large volume of calls and emails.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
