You will play a front-line role in delivering exceptional service while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve the customer experience. You’ll handle inquiries via live chat, email, and video calls, troubleshoot issues, and help users maximize value from our platform

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in SaaS customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience using Intercom, Jira, and HubSpot.
• Ability to troubleshoot product issues and explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via live chat, email, and video calls.
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to resolutions.
• Create Jira tickets for Engineering with bug details.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues.
