You will nurture leads, maintain relationships with buyers, explain pricing and payment plans, negotiate deals, and collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaigns with project timelines, while tracking performance and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in real estate or related sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to understand client needs.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics in Lahore and surroundings.
• On-site work capability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Real Estate or related field preferred.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service.
